"I have seen your boats at the R.I. SW Show, they are all they are cracked up to be. A tank on the water. In response to your latest blog, I would put my two cents in for a cuddy or pilot house model, with berths and a stand up head. In my opinion it would be a big hit, given the other outstanding qualities of the boat. I will be in the market soon, so please let me know. A public response in your blog, if more convenient would be fine."
Mike - Thank you for the kind words. As I mentioned before we are working on a stand-up head in the console with later plans for a full cuddy cabin.
My question back to boaters, fisherman and mariners like yourself with respect to the cuddy/pilothouse option is whether or not you are willing to lose ride quality to stand that far forward in a boat. When I look at a pilothouse like a Parker or Steiger I think... "Must be a bit rough standing that far forward". Do consumers already know this and are willing to part with a seakindly ride so as to get the amenities provided by such a deck arrangement?
Thank you for writing! Jay
